Adrian and Peter, Santa Fe Elopement

Summertime weddings in Santa Fe are sun-kissed and sing of romance. Adrian and Peter’s wedding added prominent modern touches and breathed fresh life into the ancient walls of the Loretto Chapel. Between Adrian’s lively jumpsuit hybrid, Peter’s prominent blue jacket, and their uniquely belted cake, this novel wedding compares to none other.
The wildflower centerpieces kissed their reception with class and delicacy, and sweet four legged friend trotted into our hearts wearing a white tutu!
We’ll always remember Adrian and Peter for their affectionate interactions and for the laughter they shared in the old Santa Fe Plaza.

Megan and Christopher, Santa Fe Elopement Wedding

We fell in love with this Santa Fe elopement – its intimacy, the heavy rain clouds, and the bated breath it held for Megan and Christopher. Overcast skies in Santa Fe smell like anticipation; on this day, the anticipation cascaded down through Megan’s long veil and illuminated Christopher’s confident smile. Marisa’s Millefiori florals handsomely complemented the coral-clad bridesmaids and smiling delight twinkled in the eyes of all who attended this beautiful wedding. See their wedding photos below to drink in the pure happiness of Megan and Christopher’s New Mexico elopement.

Emma and Aaron, La Fonda on the Plaza

Happy #WeddingWednesday and welcome back Blue Rose Beauties! What happens when you mix the most amazingly sweet couple with a classically iconic color palette? Pure, unadulterated – wedding magic, of course! You must know how much we love La Fonda on the Plaza weddings by now and this next celebration of Aaron and Emma totally reaffirms that love. When it comes to tying the knot, we are sure that nothing could tell their love story better than the natural beauty of Santa Fe, New Mexico. This area is home to some of the state’s most breathtaking wedding venues and might we add, the most talented wedding professionals ever! The iconic color palette of white, ivory, cream, and muted blush was incorporated into everything from the table design to the floral arrangements. The masterminds at Floriography Flowers brought this bride’s neutral color palette to life with just the right touches of texture and flair. Have you ever seen cotton incorporated into a bouquet? Yes we said cotton! This bountiful bouquet is unlike anything we’ve seen before and needless to say we are living for all of it. Looking back at this idyllic ceremony at the Cathedral, her iconic lace dress and all the details in-between has us feeling so nostalgic. We feel beyond honored to have lived this magical day first hand at a wedding where you could literally feel the elegance and love radiating through the rooftops. We were there to capture the beauty of the day as the couple exchanged vows surrounded by close friends and family, now we hope you will stay with us a while and watch it unfold, all over again.

Las Cruces, New Mexico

Las Cruces City of Crosses is full of history, culture and the most amazing majestic mountains. Yvonne and Peter fully embraced New Mexican traditions and sprinkled them with soft, rustic and colorful vibes. Their reception at New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum was a perfect venue for a celebration in the heart of the New Mexican desert. We were so grateful to be a part of such a beautiful day!

Britnie and Derek

Britnie and Derek’s outdoor wedding by the Rio Grande River at Hyatt Tamaya couldn’t have been sweeter! The couple and their entire day was nothing short of sweet and swoon-worthy. We loved photographing their day, including an emotional first look and later, a very ebullient bride who couldn’t stop smiling after her I-do’s!
